1.1 onLINE PURCHASES
All purchases are non-refundable.
Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of purchase.
Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
Items will be exchanged at the current selling price.
1.2 DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE
We only sell perfect products. If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective product, the2ndrefind will cover the return shipping cost.
A replacement, exchange, or appropriate resolution will be provided.
Claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery through our customer support or email.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE? (ONLINE)
Orders will be delivered in 3-5 working days in regular days and during sales it will be delivered in 6-8 working days.
Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday or any gazetted holidays will be sent for processing on the next working day. During rush hours or delays in verification of information, orders can face temporary delays. Orders placed through online payment system have to go through a fraud status check and once cleared . it will be processed further. Payments will be collected from the shipping address for all cash on delivery methods. Once the order is shipped, you will receive an email contact tracking information, be sure to check junk/spam folders as well.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING COST?
FLAT Shipping 250 PKR + FBR POS Fee 1 PKR will be charged on order within Pakistan.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE? (COD)
For cash on delivery orders, we follow the practice of verifying orders with a maximum number of 2 confirmation calls or Message., if left unattended your order will be cancelled. Orders can be cancelled upon customer's request any time before they are processed. (CASH ON DELIVERY IS APPLIED ON SELECTED AREAS ONLY)
